Infosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, is seeking motivated consulting professionals for its insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Insurance Services industry with a strong understanding of the business, technology, and operations including knowledge of products and intermediary service providers in one or more areas of insurance.

    About the Role
    As a Consultant, you will work on building solid consulting and leadership fundamentals. You will be engaged to work with senior members of your team on strategic programs dealing with complex, industry-specific requirements, while further deepening knowledge in your respective area of specialization.
    Responsibilities
  • Structure data analyses to efficiently develop insights
  • Apply existing and new frameworks and techniques to analyze the data
  • Break down complex problems or processes into manageable parts, using advanced techniques and charts
  • Support engagement lead in conducting workshops and client interviews
  • Lead or contribute on firm building initiatives and help build firm's knowledge capital
  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience with three years of experience in comparable consulting services.
  • Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years in the insurance industry.
  • Experience working on operational transitions
