Under the direction of the Cloud Collaboration and Identity Management Manager, this individual provides support of hosted data center services with special focus on Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Lync/Skype for Business/Teams and Mobile Device Management solutions.
A qualified candidate will be considered a subject matter expert in Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online and Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business and have a strong desire and willingness to work across data center boundaries to manage systems and storage dedicated to hosting of systems, data and related technologies within our corporate data center as well as remote data centers globally.
This role will be a key contributor to the management and optimization of our overall data center service model. As a representative of the ITT Corporate Data Center Team you will collaborate with our business partners to interpret their needs and design/deliver solutions to meet the business unit's objectives.
