Job Title: Operations Asst. Manager

Company Description: Financial Solutions company looking for experienced Operations Supervisor to help with assisting and managing administrative/support staff..

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Responsibilities: Supervise administrative staff providing support functions on data entry. Implement policies and procedures for origination process, workflow, trouble-shoot technical issues and handle other projects and tasks as needed.
Manage Data Entry/Origination team to ensure service levels are achieved
Closely monitor workflow to quickly identify/troubleshoot any issues
Maintain system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over company activities
Continuously coach and train employees providing feedback as needed
Special projects as needed


Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
3+ years managing and motivating employees in a department that deals with complex and confidential data- ideally a bank.
Passion for working closely with employees, coaching and training
Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products
Detailed Oriented, excellent judgement, organized with strong prioritization skills
