Johnson &Johnson Vision Care, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family ofCompanies, is recruiting for a Commercial Sales Finance Manager supporting USChannel/Key Accounts and Trade Investments located in Jacksonville, FL.

He/she willreport to the North America Senior Finance Director and directly support the VPof North American Sales as well as other North America Leadership Team members.The team of Senior Financial Analysts will partner directly with the FieldSales and Key Account teams to ensure a consistent strong partnership acrossthe organization.

Key Responsibilities :

The CommercialFinance Manager will be the key finance partner to the North American KeyAccount & Trade Spend organization as well as manage compliance. He/shewill be leading a team of 2-3 Senior Financial Analysts focused on managingchannel P&Ls (Gross Sales, Gross to Net, SG&A, etc.) and drivinginsightful ROI analytics across the $1.5b plus US business with an annual trade(gross to net) investment in excess of $200MM. The team will focus optimizingsales & profit by channel and maximizing gross to net investment.



Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • CPA, CMA or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience and Skills:

    Required:
  • A minimum of five years of accounting and/or finance experience is required.
  • Advanced skills in forecasting, project accounting and investment analysis required.
  • Preferred:
  • SAP/TM1 knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to balance complex demands with a strong sense of urgency and prioritize competing demands is required.
  • Previous people management experiences preferred
  • The candidate should possess strong partnering, influencing, and leadership skills as this role works closely with the Commercial members from the North American Sales & Marketing Team.
  • Candidate must have the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information in an easy to follow manner required.
  • Other: Travel may be required up to 25%
