SAP Sales and Distribution Analyst Charlotte, NC Job Summary: The Sales & Commerce Analyst will be responsible to support SAP Sales & Distribution and applications in the Sales & Marketing area . He/she will assist with customer service business capabilities and supporting technologies serving the Customer, Sales & Marketing organizations including SAP One-and-Done, Order-to-Cash, Product/Customer Master; documents, labels, and forms; customer-facing websites, EDI, Rebates and other supporting technologies. He/she will also assist in the collection of business requirements, designing solutions, overseeing the development and coordinating the testing of innovative system and business solutions utilizing when applicable best practice processes and technology. Additionally, the Sales & Commerce Analyst will collaborate with business personnel to create and document business work flows as well as configure application systems to correspond to the workflows. Major Job Responsibilities (not all inclusive): Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Technology Lead supporting SAP solutions and applications as well as non-SAP supporting technologies by, but not limited to, validating business requirements, testing process enhancements, documenting process flows, and creating necessary training documentation. Work closely with Customer Service as well as the Customer Digital Engagement team to assist in identifying areas of opportunity and successfully deploy business driven initiatives in areas specific to, but not limited to, Rebates, and SAP One-and-Done. Support ad hoc requests and provide data driven recommendations supporting our strategy through in-depth analysis and testing utilizing tools such as intermediate excel analysis and Microsoft Office Visio. Collaborate with team members to continuously learn and support best practice options. Become familiar with business trends, economic conditions and customer initiatives consistently looking for opportunities to improve business processes and aid decision making capabilities enabled through documentation using Visio and Word. Collaborate with various internal departments and teams to provide support with the performance Sales & Marketing efforts. These include but are not limited to SAP One-and-Done, Order-to-Cash, Product/Customer Master; documents, labels, and forms; customer-facing websites, EDI, and Rebates. Qualifications/Key Attributes: Bachelor's degree or equivalent pertinent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and/or logistics. Must have SAP implementation experience. Experience with configuring and use of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) required. Solid SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) support experience, and strong understanding of interactions between SAP SD and SAP TM. Knowledge of SAP SD business processes and the ability to identify process improvement/opportunity areas with the interaction and support of the business and the Sales & Marketing Technology Lead. Functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with individuals at all levels within the company. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong grasp and use of transportation and supply chain concepts. Able to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
