Kelly Services is currently hiring for Production Associates in Cornelia, GA. You will be working for one of the top Medical Device Manufacturing companies in the nation.
PAY RATE : $12.45 per hour per shift
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 7:00pm-7:00am, 2/2/3 Rotating shift
Perform inspection by use of electronic device to check the quality of the material.
Identify, remove, or repair all defects to ensure highest quality standards are met.
Set up machines per requirement of order.
Perform minor adjustments on inspection machine sensitivity to specifications
Ability to operate production and test equipment.
Weigh and mix coating solutions.
Be able to pull samples, perform required tests and disposition lot.
Package and Prepare product for shipment
Perform other work related duties as assigned by supervisor / facilitator
Follow current compliance regulations and standards
Comply with all federal regulated programs
Support diversity process
Ensure safe working conditions and practices in the department
Supports Company Productions system by identifying, evaluating and resolving problems
Understands and adheres to production system, principals and rules
Maintain accurate production records
Adhere to FDA quality and worldwide quality systems
Perform minor equipment adjustments and set ups
Perform quality checks
Qualifications must include:
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
A High School Diploma or GED
Basic math skills: add, subtract, divide, multiply and percentages
Use of scales and calculators
Be able to measure diameters and lengths of strands and enter data into LIMS software.
Maintain legible and accurate records
Must be flexible and able to cross functional in all of the job tasks outlines in the job classification
Basic Computer skills
Problem solving ability
