Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
5 years of appropriate work experience.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Capable of fulfilling the general responsibilities expected of Accountant I and II.
Sound knowledge and ability to use Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work with suite of Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrate strong written/oral communication skills and attention to details.
Strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills.
Ability to administer accounting workflows and general ledger entry.
Ability to identify the need for, and accurately prepare, routine management reports.
Ability to effectively manage people and operational processes.
