Position Profile:

As a member of the Marketing team, the Workplace Research Associate investigates and focuses on the understanding of key trends in work, the workforce and the workplace. This position supports workplace research initiatives through original research, content creation and in-person presentations.

* Learn and become subject market expert on workplace movement
* Lead workplace research efforts, including conducting surveys and one-on-one interviews
* Work with outside research consultants
* Find ways to help Knoll build knowledge and become more relevant within key vertical markets
* Create new market-facing materials to share our POV to increase the effectiveness of our sales force, such as case studies, white paper, topic briefs, client presentations
* Maintain existing research materials, including white papers, topic briefs and presentations
* Provide day-to-day education, knowledge and support for sales, customers and dealers
* Effectively communicate and present the Knoll position and objectives to associates, management, customers and professional organizations, including at industry tradeshows and events
* Engage closely with Workplace Strategy on content and client engagement tools

Required Experience


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Research experience, background in furniture industry and understanding of interior planning a plus
* Experience with CAD based tools a plus


* Bachelor's Degree
