THE OPPORTUNITY: Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (“KAES”) is seeking an Accountant / Financial Analyst to join our CFO Team. This position will require a driven individual that is passionate about this opportunity to drive value creation.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes: Manage the accounting process and provide financial analysis through:Reporting of financial results and understanding of key driversMonthly accounting closeBalance sheet and inventory reconciliationsUnderstanding of market structureCost variance analysisDevelopment of a robust Scorecarding process Partner with Accounting / Financial / Business teams to support various business strategies Initiate and collaborate to implement process improvements using sustainable technology solutions Apply appropriate internal controls in a changing business transformational environment Use data to extract and convey meaning, while understanding business goals and constraints to solve a variety of problems

What You Will Need:
1+ years of accounting or business analysis experience Experience working with diverse groups such as accounting, operations, and IT to create analysis / forecast by leveraging new solutions Advanced Excel skills (complex functions/graphing) and proficiency in other Microsoft products such as Outlook, Power Point, Word and Teams Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
What Will Put You Ahead?
3+ years of economic modeling or business analysis experience Experience in Mark to Market (MTM) concepts Experience with Business Intelligence tools for data visualization and data mining/blending such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI or other software Experience with Oracle, SAP or similar ERP system Corporate Accounting or Financial Reporting experience Experience with OneStream or other multi-dimensional reporting tool
