If youre as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Program and Project Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. Responsibilities: Lead the execution of strategic, multidisciplinary data programs; Develop, oversee, manage project and program scope, operating costs, request budget allocations & reallocations and update budget forecasts Support executive decision making by providing data, analysis and reports related to programs/projects Provide leadership and direction and remove obstacles to ensure project managers have all the tools and guidance to successfully execute on programs and projects; Ensure projects are delivered according to business expectations Monitor risks, issues and overall health of the program and project portfolio, escalating projects at risk to the sponsors and Data Strategy & Operations leadership to raise awareness and provide recommendations to resolve issues Lead in the evolution of program and project management capabilities, to improve delivery of solutions to business clients, and leverage program and project management knowledge across the portfolio Act as a role model for doing the right things and treating people the right way; Bring team members and their ideas together, and connect counselees to the people, resources, and opportunities to help further their career goals and development Qualifications: Minimum ten years of Program and project management experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred Advanced project management skills with experience in organizing, planning, and executing multiple medium to large scale projects and programs from definition through implementation Experience managing multi-phase, multi-track projects spanning 9 to 24 months in duration; Comprehensive knowledge of full lifecycle project management methodologies and industry best practices; Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work; Capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization U.S. Citizenship is required KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
