Intralox is seeking a Project Manager to support North American events and meetings including large scale customer events, facility openings, customer advisory boards, and corporate events hosted by Intralox on campus and off-site. The project manager will also coordinate global sales meetings and commercial leadership meetings. 

This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual to work in a cross-functional role, with multiple departments, industries, and leaders throughout the company. In this role, the individual will have in-depth exposure to the business.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement successful corporate events including scheduling, budgeting, site selection, transportation, lodging, internal and external speaker logistics and communication, and catering. Manage event budgets.

  • Establish and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and hotels.

  • Work with Intralox Marketing to ensure all event components are executed to include but not limited to registration, signage, and collateral material.

  • Develop stakeholder briefs pre- and post- event to communicate progress and results.

  • Facilitate internal communication to ensure all stakeholders are consistently informed of event customer communication and relevant event updates.

  • Coordinate customer advisory board meetings; manage all logistics related to the customer advisory board meetings including but not limited to lodging, travel, AV, ground transportation, meals, communications, presentations, recording notes and generating meeting reports.

  • Support logistics related to commercial leadership meetings including but not limited to on-site logistics, lodging, travel, AV, ground transportation, meals, communication, presentations, recording notes and generating meeting reports.

  • Leverage technology to support external and internal company meetings to ensure timely and efficient communication with the global workforce.

  • Work with Director of Communications on external affairs special projects.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-5 experience in project management

  • Excellent communicator and builds affinity quickly

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Ability and desire to multi-task several projects/assignments with budgetary and time driven deadlines

  • Outstanding written communication skills

  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office Suite; Smart sheet preferred
