Represents Fidelis Care at various marketing sites, community events, and during customer home visits as directed by the Marketing Supervisor.; encompasses the ability to explain the benefits of the Fidelis Care New York product lines.Territory assignment will be Westchester County. Effectively present the Fidelis product lines according to State regulations and County protocols to potential consumers in a consistent manner that meets and exceeds minimum performance standards as defined in the Health Benefit Representative Performance Management Plan. Train to be ready to consistently submitting applications across all product lines, where applicable, within an acceptable rejection and pass rate level. Represent Fidelis Care at various marketing sites, community events, and home visits as directed by Marketing management. Participate in seminars, workshops, and events that bring recognition of Fidelis Care to targeted markets as necessary. Maintain accurate calendar and records for proper organization of appointments and re-enrollments. Manage personal inventory of applications and brochures so as to always have enough stock available for distribution. High School diploma or GED, required. 2 to 5 years prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service or related experience preferred Basic computer skills.
