Now Hiring Procurement and Compliance Manager

Become a part of the Lowell Regional Transit Authority (LRTA).

This position includes the preparation of bidding documents for the LRTA Capital and Operating Programs. These programs are governed by state and federal guidelines and laws. This position will also be involved with all compliance requirements set forth by the state and federal government. These requirements include overall compliance with all LRTA vendors and contractors to ensure all state and federal requirements are being adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in business, urban studies, government or related field.
  • Experience working in a government agency or private industry with an emphasis on procurement and compliance.
  • Knowledge and expertise of personal computer applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communications
