LSU Health-NO Orthopaedics is currently seeking qualified applicants for an academic, orthopaedic trauma surgeon to work with LSU Orthopaedics at University Medical Center (UMC) in New Orleans. Appointment is to be at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor (non-tenure, clinical track). Incumbent will develop a comprehensive joint replacement program for UMC and LSU, and will participate in resident education and research efforts for LSU Orthopaedics. Qualified candidates must be BC/BE in orthopaedics, a graduate of an accredited orthopaedic total joint fellowship, and be licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana before date of hire.
