Job Description

The Office of Technology Development's (OTD) mission is to ensure that Memorial Sloan Kettering's (MSK) inventions have the greatest chance of being developed and commercialized - so that these inventions both benefit patients and return the most value to MSK.

The Project and Relationship Manager, Immunotherapy Projects (PM) will play a crucial role in fulfilling this mission. The PM will serve as point-person in relationships with companies that are collaborating with MSK on immunotherapy projects. The PM will act as liaison between investigators and different groups at MSK to manage immunotherapy project development. After licenses are executed, the PM will coordinate among various groups at MSK and communicate with licensees to ensure that MSK meets all its license obligations.

The PM acts as liaison between investigators and different groups at MSK to manage immunotherapy project development. This will include:

* Building relationships with MSK investigators;
* Monitoring progress and timelines of immunotherapy projects and coordinating resources between different departments at MSK.

The PM serves as point-person in relationships with companies that are collaborating with MSK on immunotherapy projects, including on the following matters:

* Creating timelines and milestones;
* Developing budgets;
* Manufacturing QA/technology transfer;
* IP management and contract maintenance and amendment.

The PM acts as liaison between groups at MSK and our licensees to insure that all MSK responsibilities are met such as:

* Data transfer obligations
* Material transfer obligations
* Reporting obligations
* Invoicing

The PM will assist the Licensing Managers in the preparation of technology development plans and marketing materials for MSK immunotherapy technologies.

You have:

* Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences
* 2-4 years of Project Management Experience
* Previous experience in financial management, preferably in a research (clinical or lab based) or health care environment #LI-POST
