Roles & Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to have a client partner manage the strategic accounts in the region. Lead account strategy and planning and find opportunities of growth in the accountDevelop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and grow revenue and drive new opportunities for Domain Solutions and Digital Technologies like DC, Collaborations Tools Suite, Mobility, Cloud, IoT, Analytics, AI and Cognitive for the Service Provider industryYou will Work with our focus account for digital transformation programs advising them on the strategy and transformationCultivate and grow senior client relationships in digital advisory capacityEvangelize and promote clients digital innovation programsDevelop and establish oneself as an industry and Microland thought leaderCollaborate with Pre-Sales, CoE & Delivery teams to provide your domain expertise and represent our company and industry centric solutions in front of customers and prospectsWorking with the Practice and CoE teams to help define domain and digital roadmap and digital assets based on our target markets and dynamically changing technology landscapeWorking with the Marketing team to help define sales messages and marketing collaterals for the industryCollaborating with the Presales and Solution team during the implementation of solutions at customer sites for right insights and handoffs to ensure client satisfactionLead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals. Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and planAlso drive collections. Growing the market share in the account and also share of wallet of the account with the customersBuild a trusted group of reference-able customers who can vouch for Microland. Become a trusted IT advisor to the customer and participate in customers strategic planning. Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities.Skill sets expected:15+ years Technical Program Management or Technology Management experience in global IT organization. Broad industry experience with global IT perspective. Ability to handle large onshore and offshore teamHands on experience of handling middle level manages is a mustUnderstanding of industry best practices for Program Management. Technical aptitude for IT and (all areas) and Digital Transformations. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Good facilitator and instructor, capable of producing quality documentation, good customer relationship skills. Ability to synthesize complex technical details into coherent technical solution. Ability to lead business managers and project teams to consensus. Confidence to speak-up and challenge ideas and propose alternatives. Desire to constantly seek and offer constructive feedback.Experience: 15+ Years of relevant experience Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Graduate degrees and advanced certifications valuable. Masters is desirable
