We are looking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant- Order Entry Clerk, Customer Service Representative & Reception who will be responsible for heavy data entry, processing orders, reception, customer service and general office duties. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent data entry skills with attention to accuracy. This is an office position candidates must be comfortable answering phone calls and speaking directly to clients. Hours: 7am - 4 pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reception: Handling customers and taking orders over the phone & customer walk-ins in a fast paced environment, processing orders from our sales team, placing orders via fax, checking and replying to emails, having a general understanding of our products and our customers needs.
Relies heavily on data entry, reception & customer service.
Check fax machine for orders and enter into the database accordingly.
Enter orders efficiently and address any inquiries
Transcribe orders from voicemail to system
Must have knowledge of MS Office Suite to create specific reports, compiling and sorting information and spreadsheets
Perform a variety of general office
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications: Looking for long-term sustainable career in an expanding & growing business:
* Associates degree required, bachelors preferred
* Two years of experience in order entry or data entry
* Must have a working knowledge of using MS Office Suite, and other business oriented programs? Experience in Computer Accounting Programs such as; Sage Accounting & Acumatica is a plus
Professionally answer incoming calls, address customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints perform clerical and related office tasks as assigned.
Excellent data entry skills/10 key by touch, Type 50-55+ wpm.
Superior keyboarding skills.
Knowledge of Organic and Natural brands is a plus.
Demonstrate excellence in customer service.
Excellent verbal skills, must be proficient and fluent in English
Must have good work ethic to work independently, focused and without direct supervision.
Work harmoniously and effectively with others.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite to include expertise with Excel and Word.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work with large amounts of data while maintaining accuracy.
Critical thinking skills with ability to analyze, problem-solve and make decisions independently.
