Our people are who define us. We aim to recruit, hire, train, mentor and retain the best talent. We capitalize on the talent within our restaurants by communicating, collaborating and sharing best practices, so that we continually improve and evolve. We accomplish this through focused educational and training programs, internal succession planning and systemic solicitation of our staff s ideas and thoughts for improvement.
Our property is the stage and the setting that provides the opportunity for a memorable hospitality experience. We set out to improve our property on a daily basis. We accomplish this through daily inspection and ownership of the condition of the facilities, the organization of all work stations and overall cleanliness and sanitation of the property and its environment.
Our profitability allows us to continue to grow and evolve. Every employee has a role in helping us to be better stewards of our resources and assets - we actively demonstrate great care, attention to detail, inventory controls, costing and eliminating waste.
