Roles & Responsibilities:

* Provides highly confidential, diversified administrative and secretarial duties for Top Level Executive management

* Manages daily office operation

* Prepares, transcribes, types and proofs a variety of memos, reports, correspondence and minutes

* Initiates own correspondence and/or prepares correspondence for signature

* Collects and manipulates data to generate various reports for department, hospital and regulatory agencies

* Develops own reports

* Signs and issues routine administrative correspondence

* Coordinates and schedules appointments, meetings and conferences

* Reserves conference rooms, sets up agenda and makes travel arrangements

* Establishes and maintains office records, documents and files


* High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.

* Five to seven years administrative, secretarial and office experience; healthcare experience strongly preferred.

* Computer literacy with proficiency in word processing and database software.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
