Title: Alumni Relations Intern Req # 2447242

Department: Development

The Medical Education and Alumni Relations team in Development requests an intern who will assist the department with clerical work such as filing, photocopying, stuffing mailings, and alumni address verification. This person needs to be comfortable answering phones and other various clerical tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Assist in the collection, organization and maintenance of current alumni contact information in database.

* Provide logistical support for local alumni events.

* Coordinate materials and maintain correspondence for alumni communications, fundraising appeals, events and meetings.

* Performs basic clerical work such as filing, photocopying, stuffing mailings, and alumni address verification.
* Gathers, assembles and files documents as needed.
* Answers phones, may sort and deliver mail as necessary.
* Performs other administrative duties as assigned.


* Completed Junior High and must be enrolled in High School or have a High School graduate
* No prior experience, though prior office experience preferred
