This position provides guidance and direction to the Talent Development & Engagement Team and serves as a key resource to the People/Talent function and broader organization. This position will oversee all Inclusion & Engagement initiatives, processes and associated work. This includes leading our Diversity & Inclusion strategies and creating metrics, overseeing our employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms and leading our Inclusion & Engagement Committees. It will also include the support and further development of new feedback mechanisms, employee resource groups and utilizing data proactively to help our business partners drive successful outcomes. This role will also be responsible for the planning and administration of our Change and Organizational Readiness strategies. This will include but not limited to: creating and maintaining the annual calendar for all Talent Development and Engagement work and actively contributing to the planning, coordination and execution of strategic and operational initiatives. Serves as a change agent, implementing new technologies, strategies, and operational processes, fostering buy-in among key business partners, and promoting flexibility and adaptability from department colleagues. Creates an environment predicated on trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort and lead by setting a good example. Coaches and helps to develop team members, motivates and inspires the team as well as intervenes when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues. Supports leadership in visioning and strategy formulation, stakeholder engagement, risk management, corporate communication, and external awareness/benchmarking/best practice pursuit. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum Experience: 5+ years of professional level HR experience required. Prior experience leading projects and/or teams required. Required Skills: o Superior skills in interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, consulting, mentoring, coaching), team building, and meeting facilitation required. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills o Ability to lead large initiatives and teams with multiple deliverables, complex communication and training plans, and multi-level cross-functional stakeholder buy-in. o Software: MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point). o Some travel including overnight stays periodically may be required.Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
