The Senior Analyst, Attribution at NBCU will be a key member of the NBCU Ad Sales Insights and Measurement team. S/he will work closely with the Director of Attribution, to drive the strategic vision for attribution measurement. This toolkit will enable effective cross platform planning, full funnel campaign measurement (brand, mid-funnel such as site conversion, geo-based, and sales) and prove the efficacy of campaign spend across the NBCU portfolio. Senior Analyst, Attribution will work across the Insights & Measurement team to plan, create and communicate attribution solutions and develop campaign insights through analytics and storytelling.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Develop and deploy attribution solutions across our strategic audience optimized linear platform, digital partnerships and overall media campaigns
* Work with sales team, clients and 3rd party vendors to develop hypotheses and design and execute measurement solutions
* Combine analysis with strategic thinking and business requirements to create cohesive stories and actionable best practices
* Perform ad-hoc analysis, develop new reports as well as streamline existing reporting processes
* Develop new data-driven tools to support a diverse portfolio of media brands and ad products


* BS/BA Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Market Research, Political Science, Psychology
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in media and/or advertising analytics
* Experience in quantitative field, such as consulting, market research, strategy and planning, or user experience research
* Team player with experience communicating analyses and results to any audience
* Experience in TV and Digital applications and other syndicated research tools (Nielsen - NPower, AdIntel, TV Brand Effect, Lake 5, comScore and Adobe Analytics, GfK MRI etc.)
* Experience working with external vendors and project management
* Knowledge of ad operations and an understanding of how ads are delivered and measured within and across media platforms
* Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and ability to develop and maintain processes
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Attention to detail, a love for working with data, and a curious, problem-solving mindset
* Familiarity with attribution partners such as NCS, IRI, Crossix, Placed, iSpot a plus
* Experience working with data partners, such as Experian, Acxiom, and LiveRamp a plus
* Experience working with structured and unstructured data-sets, statistical software such as R/Python, SPSS, data extraction tools such as SQL, and visualization platforms Tableau, DOMO etc. a plus
* Familiarity with set-top-box platforms and data, such as comScore TV and Vizio is plus
