Full Desk Direct Hire Specialist EIT
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Generate direct placements of qualified candidates at target client companies.
Meet financial targets for direct placement fee billings and other activity-based targets.
Organize office and perform essential duties following the Technical Services Group s Direct Placement Operating Model.
Research and cold call new clients to introduce candidates and direct hire services; negotiate fees payment terms and guarantee period.
Develop long-term, win-win relationships with key clients.
Solicit new job orders from clients.
Directly recruit candidates for open job orders; prep and debrief candidates prior to and after client interviews.
Constantly recruit candidates to replenish inventory of candidates and to develop most place able candidate file to proactively market to clients.
Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews of candidates every week.
Check candidate references, initiate background checks.
Enter all clients, candidates, job postings and notes into the company s CRM database (Job Diva).
Participate in professional trade organizations as appropriate to develop network of clients and candidates.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:
Bachelors or Associates degree in business or staffing business related experience.
Documented success as a full-desk recruiter in the technical staffing market is desirable.
Strong sales and business development skills.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills (MSOffice Suite & Internet search engines)
Comfortable with cold calls, client meetings, and skill marketing.
Good knowledge of Engineering, IT, Accounting & Finance, and other high level professional roles.
Strong candidate recruiting skills including head hunting.
Familiar with all job boards such as Monster Board, Career Builder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
Ability to think out of the box
