To learn more, please visit LinkedIn, our Newsroom and the Careers page of Role Summary Marketing is building a Digital Platform Management practice comprised of collaborative, strategic problem solvers who challenge each other and are energized to enable connected, personalized experiences among our agend field force, consumers, and the brand to build relationships when and where people need us most. The Digital Marketing Product Manager acquires, deploys and ensures the successful delivery of digital marketing products used by New York Life's field force to connect, engage with and convert prospective agents, prospects and clients. Key Responsibilities Works with senior product manager to prioritize the marketing product roadmap across CRM, web, mobile, and other critical channels. Partners with internal Field Marketing team and with other key business areas to understand agent-as-marketer journey and develop access points to marketing platforms that meet agents where they work. Collaborates with Marketing Product Owner to translate product strategy into designs/prototypes. Works together to detail requirements and enable engineering resources to successfully execute. Works in partnership with Marketing Product Owner and Sr Product Manager to create, maintain, and prioritize backlog. Manage products from sunsetting/maintaining legacy products to shaping new features/products and ideas. Enhance accessibility and perceived ease of use by seamlessly integrating marketing platforms with CRM and other field-used platforms. Collaborates with other digital teams across various departments including Marketing, Service and Agency to ensure our digital experience is cohesive and integrated for agents, consumers and the brand. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products. Leverages data/user feedback to monitor in market performance to assess impact and inform future enhancements/product iterations. Establish baseline measurements for agent usage for comparison and the assessment of progress towards adoption. Acts as a thought leader on consumer digital developments in the marketplace and possesses a strong point of view on the opportunity and impact for NYL. Work with field partners to help drive adoption (including training) of platforms, new features and ensure agents are generating business value. Skills Requires in-depth knowledge and/or breadth of experience in digital product management Ability to anticipate business issues or concerns; recommends improvements/enhancements Creative as well as analytical Can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, very deadline-driven environment Strong written communication skills; Communicates complex ideas, persuades and negotiates with others often at senior levels to adopt a different point of view. Makes decisions guided by strategic vision and helps create business plans that impact future state of NYL's marketing digital tools Solves unique and complex problems; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
