This individual will embed themselves in the agile process working side by side with Product Management Technology, understanding what is being built, what criteria define success across user and business needs, and how to test against these criteria. They will be responsible for creating and managing the execution of test plans scripts, reporting findings and working with product owners technology to remediate identified defects prior to release. Actively participate in establishing a formal process for UAT by developing test plans scripts, identifying test populations, defining acceptance criteria, identifying defects and obtaining sign off Bring UAT process into digital programs across agile run the shop work as well as standalone small and large-scale initiatives Organize appropriate test coveragepopulations and scenarios Report testing findings and any issues that may impact production readiness or fail to meet agreed upon acceptance criteria Work with the business and technology to alleviate findings that are obstacles to releasing work product with zero defects Qualifications Bachelor Degree 3 years experience Strong familiarity with Salesforce (Service Central) as well as some familiarity with testing methodology, system validation andor User Acceptance Testing is a plus Preferred experience with Agile practices and methods Experience using digital tools such as JIRA, Rally, HP Quality Center the Microsoft Office suite of applications preferred Experience in digital at an insurance organization preferred, but not required Experience interfacing with vendors and cross functional teams Ability to juggle priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Proven success influencing and working effectively across broad and complex organizations Demonstrated customer-centricity with a strong bias toward action Excellent written and oral communication skills Good ability to partner and adopt shared objectives SFEF-LS1 LI-LS1 Please note This role requires FINRA licensed andor FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
