Our nurse transplant coordinators organize all aspects of care, serving as the vital link between patients, families and multidisciplinary teams. This is a full time night shift position at NewYork-Presbyterian /Columbia University Medical Center.

Preferred Criteria

* At least two year of acute care RN experience

Required Criteria

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
* Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
* BCLS certification
