Process Improvement Lead / Business Consultant - RN / PharmD Preferred

Serve as an internal consultant for organization-wide projects related to our \"HERCULES\" margin improvement initiative. This position entails collaborating with hospital clinical and operational leadership, as well as human resources, finance and analytics, on projects related to hospital efficiency and effectiveness. Using your performance improvement expertise and your knowledge of health care, apply systematic, data-driven methodologies to identify, value, design, and implement process improvement and cost containment projects. Secure staff involvement through best-practice change management and engagement techniques. Develop and implement strategies for measurement and monitoring to support the evaluation of projects success and inclusion of planned changes in annual budgets. Provide project and program management guidance to staff, and build strong team relationships based on trust and open communication.

Preferred Criteria

* Master's degree

* Lean and/or PMP certification

* Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience in operations, financial/revenue cycle, and general consulting at a hospital or healthcare network

Required Criteria

* Bachelor's degree

* Demonstrated ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative information to efficiently and effectively evaluate processes improvement based on findings

* Demonstrated ability to identify project objectives, integrate multiple activities/resources and facilitate group activity towards organizational objectives

* Demonstrated verbal and written abilities to communicate to staff at all levels of an organization and present to and answer questions from leadership

* Strong team building skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
