Program Coordinator - Adult ECMO Program

The program coordinator will be responsible for project management and support prioritized by the ECMO Administrator and supports the Adult ECMO team to ensure achievement of hospital's Adult ECMO Service goals. Adult ECMO projects include but are not limited to:

* Analyzing and reporting quality and operational metrics
* Working collaboratively with the clinical team to create and implement quality improvement projects
* Assists with scheduling and expansion of internal
* Works collaboratively to plan and execute external training programs and conferences
* Maintains adult ECMO website
* Works with Administrator and clinicians to improve patient experience
* Supports programmatic outreach efforts

Preferred Criteria

* Quality Improvement Experience
* Data analysis
* Project management experience

Required Criteria

* Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
