Under the direction of the Manager of HRIS Projects, participates in the design, configuration, and implementation of HCM technologies that enable the customer focused delivery of HR services across the NYP Enterprise. In this vital role you will have the ability to impact multiple HR programs and to work with experts from across the spectrum of HR disciplines to deliver the best possible experience to our amazing population of dedicated healthcare professionals. To be successful, you will need to be comfortable working with minimal supervision and delivering on challenging initiatives in areas from Manager Employee Direct Access, to Compensation and Talent Management and beyond. Required Criteria Bachelor s Degree Minimum 5 years of related experience in working with HR technology. Significant experience using Workday tools including Reporting, Business Process Framework, Integrations EIBs. Ability to envision, model and configure workflows systems that both recognize complexity and maximize user experience. Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills. Demonstrated initiative, motivation, problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and ability to both accept and provide guidance and direction as necessary. Ability to service multiple customers and competing priorities. Ability to work well across all levels in a complex and fast paced culture.
