Our forte is Custom Injection Molding we mold plastic for various critical industries such as Automotive,Electrical Electronics, Consumables, Pump (Fluid Control), Packaging and White Goods and in several other applications where corrosion of components (Metal Substitutes) is a challenge. We are looking for a Business Developer who will be Responsible for development and expansion of business throughout the United States. Develop and execute the company s expansion and growth strategy. Lead the sales strategy formulation and implementation for creating innovating and best marketing practices, increasing the market shares reach and enhancing shareholder value. Partners with Operations, Development Engineering and Global Supply teams to ensure optimal execution to ensure commitments with customers are fulfilled as agreed. Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives. To track and analyze the sales strategies of the competitors regularly and proactively take critical decisions to retain the brand share, mind share and market share in the business. To represent the company at various trade exhibitions andor business meetings to promote the company. To maintain good industry contacts and increase the visibility and acceptance in the Market. To Develop and administer sales database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc. Should be able to own lead generation process bringing together internal marketing, external agencies and personal endeavor to ensure lead gen effectiveness. Drive sales activity in line with individual revenue targets for new business development. Ensure that all sales activity and communication are tracked and updated consistently in our ERP (SAP by design). Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction Uses strategic negotiation and sales strategies with customers to retain and grow accounts by presenting strategic solutions to customers. Identify and provide input for market trends and articulate the customer s needs perspective for product service improvement purposes Acts as an advocate for customers, conveying their customer-specific needs to ensure proper alignment and prioritization of resources. Requirements Innate passion for Business Development - who has proven experience of selling an annual quota of 10Million or more. Proven track record of creating, developing growing new and existing customer base. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience of Plastic Manufacturing Industry is preferred. Must have strong analytical skills able to evaluate opportunities from strategic, brand, financial, and operational perspectives. Business acumen, to gauge not just what can be done but to know what can be profitable, is a key requirement for this role. The ability to manage near-term costsrisks with long-term product commercialization is a criticalrequirement for this position.
