Position Overview The Director of Performance Measurement and Reporting will be responsible for creating and managing the reporting of operational metrics for department heads and senior management. Overall Responsibilities: Ability to analyze and recommend process changes based on the evaluation of Operational data, including creation of presentations to facilitate strategic decision making. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and visually communicate analysis outcomes. Excellent management and interpersonal skills. Strong analytic & problem solving skills with keen attention to detail and an investigative nature. Experience working on cross-functional initiatives. Process re-engineering experience deploying methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma Review and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation as well as improve efficiency by eliminating non-value added work. Enterprise reporting, self-service solutions, internal analytics presentation and visualization Provide management and oversight of Operations Service Level Agreements to drive maximum productivity, improve data quality of reporting and ensure key deliverables are consistently met. Elevate, simplify and drive syndicated data and reporting within the organization. Continuously review standardized reporting needs with management. Drive simplification of reporting needs as well as efficiency through report inventory. Manage application for report generation and analysis tools. Leverage and identify existing and additional data sources/tools. Define, establish and manage KPI's to ensure consistent, high quality deliverables to the organization. Requirements & Technical Skills: Minimum of 6 -10 years' work experience. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Prior experience working in an Operations department. Demonstrated experience working on Lean/Six Sigma projects; certification preferred but not required. Must possess a high level of learning agility to deal with complexity, change management to drive delivery of results. An effective listener. A proven 'get up and go' attitude; a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive results. A demonstrated ability to build a rapport and trust with people, with a record of achieving results thru influence. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills. SAS tools and reporting tools. SQL scripting. Automation scripting tool knowledge. Knowledge of visualization tools. Business analytics skills. Implement visualization platform management (SAS, Tableau, Power BI). Automation of metric reporting. Creation of dynamic reporting portal.
