Reporting to Senior Management and contributing to the overall success of the Region and the Company.. Job Summary. Collaboration between sales team, operational staff, and talent acquisition.. Supervision of all clinical and operational staff.. Works closely with sales to develop new business in the Region.. Ensures all client requests are met and documented appropriately.. Ensures that all caregiver documentation is accurate and timely (i.e. plan of care, activities, schedules, notes, call outs, declined assignments, and disciplinary actions.). Ongoing customer service initiatives to improve client satisfaction.. Communicates with clients and families as needed regarding satisfaction and/or issues of clients.. Oversees all details of operations to ensure that Company maintains compliance under the Connecticut Department of Health Regulations.. Minimum Qualifications. Proven business management success, preferably with multi-site operation.. At least five years of experience in the home care industry.. Proficient in clinical software programs.. Able to develop positive relationships with staff, clients, and referral sources.. Working knowledge of the Connecticut Department of Health Regulations for private home care services.
