Director of Supply Chain Management

Lead Supply Chain strategy and execution for a $800M+ Business Line. Ensuring alignment of strategy, operations, planning and execution to achieve revenue plans, on time delivery, inventory, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Leadership: Able to be a leader on Business Line's GM staff
* Provide T&O (Technology & Operations) and SCO's (Supply Chain Organization) direction and perspective to the business and product decisions
* Lead LTP (long term plan) creation for the business, with R&D and Product Line GMs, as part of the NXP strategy process
Customer Management Skills: Able to manage major Mobile & IOT customers
* Customer Meetings: Drive and Deliver customer supply chain reviews
* DRI (directly responsible individual) for customers to contact & report on any capacity or supply issues including excursion management

* Revenue Attainment
* Drive Quarterly revenue attainment for the Business and support total NXP plan
+ Inventory Management
* Drive DIO (Day Inventory Outstanding) goal attainment
* Manage and solve slow-moving & non-moving inventory for the business
+ Quarterly revenue planning management
* Drive quarterly revenue planning with Business, Finance and Sales
* Understand and Challenge targets to attain a realistic plan
* Deliver inventory projections for the plan
+ New Product Introduction management
* Drive T&O and SCO's sourcing plan during NPI planning
* Plan and drive production ramp to meet customer deadlines
+ Capacity plan & second Sourcing implementation
* Drive product & customer qual plans to execute SCO capacity plans
* Drive factory loading plan to achieve NXP financial plan
+ Leadtime Management
* Drive manufacturing cycle time optimization
* Manage customer Oder Book lead-time in line with factory loading status
+ Crisis Management
* Manage line downs, allocation and excursion events
* Drive communication to/from factories, SCO, business, and customers
+ Cross-functional team leadership
* Work with a cross-functional team to design, deploy and maintain the organizations supply chain
* Build broad cross organizational relationships, and leverage them to ensure excellent product supply
* Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance functions
Successful candidates must have a broad background in S&OP, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, and Customer & Supplier management
- 15+ yrs of Semiconductors or related Hi-Tech industry experience
- 5+ yrs direct experience working in Semiconductor industry
- Degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering or related area
- BS/BA required (Masters preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline and target oriented environment
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point, Database)
- Experience with SAP, i2, and forecast analysis tools is a plus
- Demonstrates good business concept and managerial accounting knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Must be able to interact with all levels of customer management
- Must be able to interact with all levels of supplier (manufacturing site) management
- Team-oriented, with proven ability to work cross-functionally
- The drive to initiate and engineer process improvement (internal and with suppliers)
- Proven self-starter, with demonstrated ability to use initiative
- Proven history of successful project/program management
- Demonstrated ability to analyze requirements, and implement solutions
