The **_Marketing Operations Manager_** will develop, manage and execute operational processes for the Advertising/Marketing Department.



**Essential Job Functions**



+ Lead the implementation of strategic marketing objectives as directed by Senior Management

+ Manage, coach and develop team members on the following functional teams: retail marketing ops, professional customer marketing ops, promotions, and English-to-Spanish translation

+ Align internal marketing operations goals with those of the Merchandise and Sales teams.

+ Lead the event production process for retail and professional sale events and programs.

+ Coordinate internally with multiple departments to ensure flawless execution of events.

+ Execute and streamline marketing operations workflow.

+ Interface with vendors to secure special offers and promotional partnerships.

+ Work with Creative Services on all aspects of ad creation.

+ Utilize proofing software to gain cross-departmental input and manage artwork revisions accordingly.

+ Manage budget line items related to Marketing Operations to targeted levels.

+ Collaborate with Merchandise and Marketing Analytics teams to assess performance of marketing efforts against KPI(s) and make fact-based decisions for future programs.

+ Assist with special department projects as needed.



**Other Job Functions**



Responsible for the development, creation and distribution of customer-facing marketing programs including, but not limited to: retail sale events, grand opening events, consumer promotions, shop incentive programs, monthly professional flyers, quarterly toolbox flyer, catalogs, special market flyers and other marketing programs in conjunction with the overall goals of the Advertising/Marketing, Merchandise and Sales departments. Serve as the data-driven subject matter expert for the end-to-end Marketing Operations process.



**Skills and Qualifications**



Required:



+ O'Reilly store experience and knowledge of internal processes.

+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Must present a professional company image and positive attitude. Comfortable in a TEAM-oriented work environment.

+ Ability to multitask and work under high-pressure situations

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent leadership skills.

+ High School diploma required; Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications preferred.



Desired:



+ O'Reilly store management experience.

+ Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.

+ Marketing coursework or degree.

+ Experience with and knowledge of the following software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AS400/Infinity.
