OfficeTeam is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to assist a non-profit in signing in clients, front desk support, taking phone calls, and assisting students with scheduling. The ideal OfficeTeam Front Desk Coordinator is customer service oriented, friendly, and great communicator. The Front Desk coordinator is recommended to be bilingual in Spanish. The company you could be working for assists students in the process of going to college! Many of the youth are from under represented areas in SF such as Mission/Excelsior, Bayview, and Hunter's Point. As a front desk coordinator you will be greetings students, signing them in, providing snacks for students, checking in with students for missing schedules, and using basic salesforce. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to interface with the youth of our tomorrow! The hours for this position are 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday! Bachelor degree is required! Responsibilities: -Answer and transfer phone calls -Receive and distribute mail -Greet and welcome visitors -File and enter data as needed -Scheduling for students -Support the office with a variety of administrative tasks
