Compensation: $23.28 to $26.95 hourly

Technology Onboarding Specialist LOCATION: OMAHA** The primary role of the Technology Onboarding Contractor is to coordinate system permissions and entitlements during the onboarding of new Associates and transitions of existing Associates to new roles. ? Partner with HR/Recruitment/CWP to understand timing of new contractors ? Submit Remedy Request to ensure new hires have system logins and proper permission access, may also include specific hardware and mobile devices ? Communicate new full-time data to business managers, including ticket submitted and associate login information ? Partner with Access Control to ensure timely and accurate completion of new full-time requests ? Partner with Site Support to ensure needed hardware is deployed and setup for needed systems and software access ? Meet with Managers to provide overview of available support and general introductions on where to direct issues/questions ? Submit Remedy Requests to update or remove associate permission levels or systems access due to change in role ? Organize changes to business units? access permission sets, including defining existing set, arranging approval for changes, and documenting changes ? Coordinate quarterly QSAR (Quarterly System Access Review) via Sailpoint with upgrades or downgrades as requested by Managers , answer questions regarding appropriate permissions for roles, and educate managers regarding the process. ? Submit one off requests for new applications, systems access or additional equipment (laptops, mobile devices, etc.) ? Act as liaison to facilities related incidents or relocations and required communications for system owners Experience: ? Knowledge of securities/financial services industry ? Analytical thinking with the ability to demonstrate problem solving skills ? Must be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities simultaneously ? Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management ? Understanding of TD Ameritrade policies & procedures ? Ability to influence peers, colleagues, and internal customers without authority ? Work with and influence cross-functional teams and projects ? Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, real-time environments ? Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple levels of management, and influence decisions for areas to lend support/capacity between groups. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills that can decipher data and communicate impact ? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and One Note ? Preferred knowledge of Sailpoint, Remedy and PeopleSoft ? Military experience may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience
