A technology and IT solutions company in Century City is looking for an Operations Coordinator/Dispatcher. The Operations Coordinator will be on the front line with clients and will be responsible for making and routing new requests and client calls to the appropriate technicians and ensure that staff tasks are followed up on in a timely fashion using a work order tracking software. As the Operations Associate, you will act as the point of contact for customers, process service requests, doin manual data entry, schedule internal and field technical resources, and provide a high level of customer service. This is a fast paced position and at times stressful. What will set a successful candidate above the rest is the ability to juggle everything with grace, spectacular people skills, and be able to understand the requests enough to spot trends.
