ServiceNow Administrator The Omnicom IT Shared Services Group has an immediate opportunity for a ServiceNow Administrator, reporting to the ServiceNow Architect. The position is an on-site position located at Omnicom s location in Jersey City, NJ. Summary The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, analysisservice reporting experience including designing, building and scheduling of reports using ServiceNow. This ServiceNow Administrator role will be critical in ensuring users are correctly provisioned and system administration needs are being resolved in a timely manner. This position supports Omnicom s global ServiceNow implementation. Qualifications Certified in ServiceNow Administration ITIL Certified 5+ years hand-on experience on the ServiceNow platform as an administrator 5+ years experience in the IT industry Demonstrated success in Service Management platform operations or consulting role, working collaboratively with other developers as an integral part of an agile team. Experience collaborating with stakeholders on business process enhancements. Ability to learn new technologies or technology concepts quickly Strong problem solving and abstract thinking skills Strong communication and data presentation skills Strong documentation skills Customer service experience Experienced in working with a global user community as well as third-party system users Strong work ethic including responsiveness, problem solving, dependability, and excellent communication skills S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Math, or other technical degree Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Responsibilities Daily (throughout) review of the System Administration queue for incidents, requests or changes needed and promptly address them Educatestrains ServiceNow IT or End Users on platform processes when necessary Work with ServiceNow users throughout the organization and the ServiceNow team to implement requested changes Support the discovery processes that run in ServiceNow Actively manage and review subscriptions with ServiceNow Develop reports as needed Provide basic end-user support to ServiceNow users Individual must also maintain an extreme level of confidentiality in dealing with all information that flows through the office.
