Job Description


The Supervisor, Integrated Focus Claim Review Call Center is responsible for assisting the Directors of FCR operations in the development, implementation, coordination and supervision required to maintain an efficient call center operation. The Supervisor is responsible to ensure that telephonic, administrative and relevant departmental productivity goals are achieved. Ensures that the call center and peer-to peer delivers the highest level of customer service by motivating and mentoring the staff.
