Pall Corporation is seeking creative and collaborative candidates for an exciting new role as our Brand & Digital Assets Manager. Reporting to the Public Relations, Brand and Social Media Director, the Brand & Digital Assets Manager will assume global responsibility for Pall s brand. He or she will lead all aspects of Pall Corporate brand and design projects, and take ownership of the process: from generating new ideas and concepts to final delivery of design assets.

Leveraging creative and design skills, this role will take complex, creative briefs and manage the creative process from start to finish to consistently deliver high-quality, fresh designs.

The manager s number one priority will be to refresh, execute, and maintain the "look & feel" of Pall s brand. This role will also take the lead in developing brand guidelines, training on standards, and will design and manage Corporate assets such as logos, stationary, Corporate digital content.

This position is part of a newly formed and driven global marketing team that values accountability, intellectual curiosity, creativity, and the cultivation of team chemistry, within a diverse matrixed organization.

Responsibilities include:
Helps design and execute approach to collecting VOC around brand positioning and messaging; evolves corporate brand identity/imagery, as appropriate, to fortify the brand story
Establishes brand guidelines/identity standards; leads training and management processes
Establishes and manages brand review process to standardize globally: gain regional consensus, train and guide stakeholders
Supports and educates internal partners on brand initiatives and programs that are designed to strengthen brand awareness and perception
Liaise with our Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing counterparts, as needed, to review and optimize content for brand advertising and media placements/remarketing
Develops Pall Corporate materials and assets that speak to a wide target audience across Pall industries, highlighting Pall s technology and support capabilities
Supports graphics and asset elements for all Pall Corporate Communications public relations and social media efforts
Identifies and directs creative resources (e.g., outsourced designers, agencies) for external Pall Corp branded materials; contributes to external agency and other vendor partnerships, as appropriate
Establishes and oversees design review process for Pall branded materials, such as product marketing campaigns, Corporate presentations, signage, etc.
Manages all Pall Corporate assets (stationary, images, etc.) and related vendors
Manages and maintains Corporate assets within Pall s Digital Asset Management system
Leads initiatives and vendor selection for Pall Corporate photo shoots and asset selection
Manages design budget/spend
Communicates design concepts through storyboarding and wire framing

Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience working in a corporate or agency environment in a design or brand leadership role
Bachelor s degree in graphic design or commensurate experience
Strong creative, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Corporate or Agency environments working with and leading design agency vendors/partners or teams
Maintains creative perspective; stays current with trends/new ideas; possesses original concepts
Strong visual/graphic design skills including translating copy to visual elements
Expertise and in-depth practical knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
Excellent project management and time management skills process orientated
Experience working with cross-functional, agile teams
Ability to meet tight deadlines and turnaround times
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to travel up to 20%
