We leverage our existing customer base to maintain relationships while also expanding our reach in both new and existing markets. Expansion of our sales team is necessitated to take advantage of growth and growing acceptance of technology in our industry. We are hiring Area Sales Executives to grow our volume of business, increase revenue and build our brand. Successful candidates will be a driving force ensuring Park Plus continues to be leader and pioneer the parking industry.
Typical sales cycle can be 6 to 36 months. We prefer to get engaged early in the design phase with Architects, Developers, and Engineering Firms to propose the most optimal cost effective design solution alternatives.
This position will report to the National Sales Director and Executive level.
Sales Executive Responsibilities
Learn Park Plus solutions, product lines, and be able to comprehend designs provided by our in-house design team.
Meet and exceed pre-determined targets.
Hit quarterly revenue goals through media, content, emails, event sponsorship, and experiential sales
Generate prospects, leads and opportunities on a weekly basis
Constantly evolve and improve your approach and processes for prospect development
Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners, and deliver excellent customer service.
Proactively identify and seek out client and industry relationships to optimize revenue
Present designs, proposals, and solutions to clients while also educating the marketplace on Park Plus product lines
Produce reports using local CRM as well as data input and managing of projects through CRM
Create and implement strategic sales campaigns that successfully achieve business objectives
Work collaboratively with all internal departments across engineering, marketing, operations, and installation.
Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and presentations for 1 to 50 persons.
Prepare professional, comprehensive, concise and accurate proposals, & contracts.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new accounts and projects
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle from inception to close
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts
Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
Monitor and know extensively competitors’ products, including relevant sales and marketing data
Sales Executive skills
Aptitude to read schematics, design drawings and Construction Documents is valuable.
Able to professionally demonstrate our design solutions to C Suite Executives and offer the best direction
Minimum five years’ experience in high level sales introducing technologies and value engineering or equivalent
Previous experience in senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization
Proficient with Power Point, Word, Excel, AutoCAD is a bonus but not required.
Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
Demonstrate savvy skills in negotiating and closing high value contracts.
Ability to travel
