Under general direction from the Manager of Analytics, the BI Architect Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the use of business intelligence tools are enhancing business decisions for the organization by working directly with end users and business analysts. The BI Architect Team Lead will supervise the activities of the BI developers and perform personnel actions (Hire, Performance Appraisals, etc.). This Team Lead will also develop enterprise standards and policies around the use of Business Intelligence applications and the semantic layer to provide a high level of business intelligence application integration spanning all missions.


Previous BI Tool Experience

Understands Data Architecture and impacts on BI

Strong experience in problem solving and delivering business solutions

Ability to understand and communicate complicated business requirements for a variety of business areas


Bachelor's degree in related field + 6 years of job related experience OR 10 years total job related experience required.

Experience designing, developing, and maintaining databases and data warehouses in a complex business environment required.

Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, McKesson HPM/HBI, or similar enterprise business intelligence applications.
