Answer business phone as required during set office hours.
Maintain all company client and caregiver files
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly phone logs
Onboard new hires and ensure all required documents are collected in a timely manner.
Conduct and document caregivers background and reference checks.
Assist Staff Coordinator with scheduling (eRSP) and help manage the on-call function (including taking open caregiving shifts, if needed)
Post Caregiving jobs, pre-screen and conduct interviews and training.
Conduct periodic client and caregiver audits.
Help retain caregivers through frequent contact. Escalate issues as appropriate.
20 hours per week starting commitment with the possibility of full-time.
Provide invoicing and payroll backup for the CFO as required.
