The Social Media Manager will be responsible for driving the social strategy by developing breakthrough campaigns and content to grow Nature Made's sales and deepen community engagement. This person will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Manage Nature Made's social media content and strategy across all accounts including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Create, optimize, and report on all social media campaigns
  • Lead A/B test and measure the effectiveness of creative across platforms
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent throughout the channels
  • Recruit & manage influencers, bloggers, and brand advocates
  • Manage relationships and ongoing communication with creative and media agencies
  • Serve as an internal champion and expert in social policy as it relates to employees, user generated content, privacy, contests, and campaigns
  • Evaluate emerging social media tools to see how they can be incorporated into the company's business, marketing, and public relations strategies
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media opportunities
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and driving social media strategies and campaigns. You will also have experience working cross functionally and with agency partners to execute social media programs. You enjoy translating data and insights to drive decisions and develop creative solutions.

    You'll be most successful in this role if you have:

  • Developed social media strategy for paid and owned
  • Managed, coordinated and executed social media programs working with internal and external agency partners
  • Monitored performance of campaigns and made recommendations for improvement
  • Leveraged social listening tools to capture insights and influence content
  • Strong command of social monitoring and reporting tools

    In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years digital experience in consumer packaging goods or media, preferably in a mid-to-large scale e-commerce company or with a marketing agency managing similar size campaigns
  • A or B.S degree
  • Strong planning and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated strategic and creative mindset
  • Ability to bring brand stories to life in the social space
  • Demonstrated ability managing agencies and 3rd party vendors
  • Working experience with platforms such as NetBase, Crimson Hexagon, or Hootsuite
  • Core understanding of analytics and how to use data to drive content and campaign decisions
