Design Your Future at PVH

Manager, Education & Awareness- PVH Corp.


Support and execute on Inclusion and Diversity strategies for the PVH organization, and specifically our focus on Education and Awareness, that includes developing and implementing the strategy, executes in conjunction when appropriated with PVH U.



* Integrate I&D Academy processes/procedures with that of other academies within PVH U
* Build a relevant education curricula for the US I&D Academy and share best practices with our global I&D partners
* Leverage our I&D global memberships and identify relevant out-of-shelf content that can be integrated into our I&D academy and continue our education goals (current memberships: Catalyst, Diversity Best Practices, Country Navigator, DIAN, The Conference Board, AWE)
* Establish an annual content calendar of panels, motivational speaker series and events to facilitate awareness around D themes&I (events should be aligned with Inclusion & Diversity US or our global calendar (i.e. Women's history month, disability month, etc.)
* Creation of global editorial calendar for I&D
* Execute strategy around cultural heritage observances
* Continue to monitor external best practices for educational opportunities/approaches and incorporate new educational opportunities into PVH U
* Support the creation of I&D Academies in other geographical regions
* Design and pilot one cohort of Leadership Programs (i.e. Impact for Women (tailored program))
* Develop Inclusion Champions Program (U.S.) and consider global expansion
* Design and Launch I&D week - start in the US consider global expansion


Experience: 5 + years of professional experience with at least 3 years focused on I&D education and awareness. Proven experience in building and education programs and project management skills.

Education: Advanced degree in Human Resources. Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development or related field preferred. I&D Certifications desirable.

Skills: Strong project management skills, strong teamwork and collaboration skills, strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong Microsoft office knowledge (specifically power point) preferable other design software. Creativity, Attention to detail and Adaptability.
