Talent Acquisition Coordinator- PVH Corp.


The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition department by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the hiring process. This position facilitates administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team including: Scheduling, managing our recruiting software/database, and supporting additional Talent Acquisition projects including social recruiting, metrics reporting, etc.


Serve as a key member of the TA team and provide support to the Recruiters and overall TA function via several activities, which may include (but isn't limited to):

* Managing all interview scheduling activities across multiple functional areas that sit in the building including Supply, Creative Services, Communications, Talent Management, Licensing etc.
* Partner with recruiters and hiring managers with calendar management and interview schedules, including coordinating conference rooms and escorting candidates.
* Providing an outstanding client and candidate experience.
* Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms, including submission of background checks and references.
* Develop relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate effective interview scheduling and planning.
* Assist in the sourcing process, including screening resumes.
* Collaborate with HR Coordinators to resolve and assist with employee inquiries.
* Assist in coordinating company events (ex: Take Our Kids to Work Day, Internship Program).


Experience and Education:

* 2+ years of recruitment coordination or related administrative experience.
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint a plus.
* Working with any HRIS system- preferably Workday.


* Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as follow up skills.
* Must be a collaborative, team player with great initiative.
* Superior judgment, professionalism, flexibility, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and assertiveness.
* Excellent ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment.
* Must be intuitive, able to anticipate needs and develop options.
