+ Overseeing admissions to all levels of care,

+ Conducting assessments, interviews and insurance reviews as well as using evidenced-based groups and practices in our residential programs.

+ Providing coverage on the unit and some evening and weekend hours required and supervision of clinical interns and recovery specialists.



+ Minimum of a Master's degree in related field.

+ State of Massachusetts certification as a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required.

+ Valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record required.


+ Previous clinical supervisory experience in a substance abuse treatment. Residential or mental health setting preferred


+ Ability to comply with internal, local, state and federal policies and regulations.

+ Computer skills, ie: Microsoft and any electronic medical record system


Sun, Tues & Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm / Wed & Thur 8:00am - 4:30pm
