Responsibilities:

This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, focusing on a wide range of recruiting, immigration, and HR related topics. Primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:

* Provide full life cycle lateral recruitment support, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, collecting interviewer feedback, managing applicant tracking system, processing candidate expenses and ensuring appropriate collaboration across corporate teams

* Review job descriptions and post open positions on intranet and external sites as appropriate

* Utilize hiring platforms to source candidates for open and future roles globally

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and recruiting agencies

* Support candidate on boarding process, including hiring, relocation, and sign-on components

* Maintain recruiting materials, such as new hire offer packets and on boarding documents

* Remain apprised of current and changing recruiting methods

* Participate in development and maintenance of recruitment budget

* Assist with the execution of immigration and visa processes for incoming and current hires

* Provide adhoc support to the campus recruiting process and summer program

Qualifications:

In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and process a high volume of work under pressure while maintaining the highest quality

* Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions

* Superb organizations skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently as well as a desire to work in a team environment

* Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism

Requirements

To be considered for the Recruiting Coordinator role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

* Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent

* At least one year of prior, relevant experience

* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring platforms (Workday experience a plus)

* Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
