  • Provide overall strategic direction and vision to drive national sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans consistent with brand and marketing objectives.

  • Build functional expertise in team members, including partnership across the enterprise to develop skill sets and share best practices within the function.
  • Own talent acquisition, training and development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of business to business sales experience. Industry experience preferred.
  • Dynamic leadership skills and proven ability to lead a large, cross-functional team.
  • Strong results orientation; demonstrated ability to take action and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills. Ability to communicate and persuade a wide range of audiences from senior management to independent customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain flexible while responding quickly to changing priorities in a matrix structure and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; demonstrated analytic and information driven experiences.
  • Demonstrated focus on customer service.
  • Experience in selling B2B to multiple channels, jobber, installer, including big box retailers and wholesale distributors; experience in selling B2C to e-commerce customers.
