Position Description:
Process system setup and perform data entry for clients adopting Prestiges third-party offerings, including Time & Attendance, Performance Management, and Applicant Tracking

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop in-depth knowledge of all pertinent systems
Liaise with Supervisor and Director to gather all relevant information for adopting clients
Configure systems to match client needs
oSet up timekeeping policies
oSet up time off policies
oSet up scheduling policies
oSet up performance review processes
oSet up applicant tracking processes
Provide regular status updates to Supervisor / Director
Communicate with other internal departments as needed to ensure successful implementation

Experience: Basic administrative and data entry experience. Knowledge of PEO and time & attendance a plus.

Must excel in a team environment
Basic computer knowledge
